Pastor Mark is the visionary of ABC. He has been pastoring for over twenty years, beginning as a youth pastor, moving into an associate pastor role, and then becoming the executive director at Love, INC Tri-Cities for two years. He has been the senior pastor at Allendale Baptist Church since 2014.

He met his wife Angie in 1987 when they both worked at New York Carpet World. They have three children, who have brought them beautiful grandchildren. Mark enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and running (not at the same time). He also has a strange affinity for Barney Fife.

Pastor Larry Salisbury brings a wealth of mission and church planting experience from over 20 years in Southeast Asia to his role at ABC. After graduating from Cornerstone University and Moody Bible Institute, his  journey in ministry began in the Philippines with SEND International. He and his wife, Donna, dedicated themselves to church planting and leadership training. Larry's  work overseas involved church multiplication, leading small groups, and pioneering in evangelism and discipleship, preparing him uniquely for his role in discipleship and outreach with us.

Larry is originally from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, often referred to as a "Yooper," while his wife, Donna, hails from Philadelphia. They have been married for over 3 decades, during which time they've raised three children and now enjoy the company their grandchildren. Beyond his ministry, Larry is a fan of the Green Bay Packers and looks forward to March Madness each year.

Mikayla brings a background in banking and office administration, along with her Associate’s Degree, to her role at Allendale Baptist Church. She enjoys creating efficient systems and processes that help support the church’s financial stewardship while also serving as Creative Director, using her eye for design and communication to help share the ministry of the church with the congregation and community. She is grateful for the opportunity to use both her administrative and creative gifts to serve the church family.

Mikayla and her husband, Isaiah, have been part of the Allendale Baptist Church family since their marriage in 2022. In April 2026, they welcomed their daughter and are enjoying this new season of life together. Outside of work, Mikayla loves staying active through CrossFit and pickleball, and she especially enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.

Sarah has been part of the Allendale community for over 25 years and has called Allendale Baptist Church her church home for the past 12 years. She loves the church's commitment to biblical preaching, its vision for making disciples, the many ministries that serve the body, and the people who faithfully make up the church family.

She married her husband, Greg, in 2000, and together they have three grown children and a son-in-law. Before becoming a stay-at-home mom, Sarah worked in the office and later as a dispatcher for a nationwide lift truck company. During her years at home, God gave her the privilege of investing in her family, church, and community while also leading her to Bible Study Fellowship, where He deepened her love for Him and His Word.

She served with BSF for eight years as both a group leader and substitute teaching leader, where God strengthened her administrative gifts and gave her a lasting passion for helping women become biblically literate. After volunteering in an administrative role at ABC, she joined the church staff and considers it a joy to support the ministry of her church family while serving alongside the team God has kindly brought together.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys all four seasons that Michigan has to offer and the outdoor adventures that come with each one. She especially loves exploring the beautiful trails of northern Michigan with Greg in their side-by-side.

Mandie has lived in Allendale her entire life and is grateful to call this community home. She is married to her best friend, Jim, and together they have four wonderful, mostly grown children. After beginning her career in nursing, she became a stay-at-home mom, a season that deeply shaped her love for family and ministry.
She served in children’s leadership with Bible Study Fellowship for over ten years and has a passion for helping children grow in their knowledge of the Lord, His creation, and the Truth of God’s Word. God has used these experiences to prepare her for her role as Ministry Assistant to the Discipleship Pastor here at ABC.
In her free time, she enjoys reading on the beach, camping and trail riding with family and friends, laughing over games, and watching birds. She loves the snow and especially enjoys downhill skiing.

Evelyn serves as the Ministry Assistant to the Family Pastor at Allendale Baptist Church, where she has the joy of helping lead and support ministries from the nursery through high school. She is passionate about partnering with families, equipping volunteers, and creating environments where children and students can know, love, and follow Jesus.

Whether she's planning events, supporting volunteers, communicating with families, or cheering on kids as they grow in their faith, Evelyn loves seeing the next generation discover who God is and how much He loves them. Her heart is to help every child and family feel welcomed, valued, and connected within the church.

Outside of ministry, Evelyn loves spending quality time with her family, being outdoors, and going for walks. She enjoys slowing down to appreciate God's creation and making memories with the people she loves most.
