Lesson Ten: How to be a Good Sheperd

The Church of Jesus Christ is an interesting organization. With all the different personalities and opinions, it is a miracle that the local church runs at all. God has laid out in His Word what a local church should look like and how it should function. In 2 Timothy 2:23-26 Paul gives Timothy some wise counsel about not just getting men to fill the role of elder/shepherd, but to get the kind of men who will be a good representative of the chief shepherd, Jesus Christ.
The church desperately needs good shepherds.
